Requirements: As an In-Home Sales Consultant, you will be spending time with customers in their homes to determine their needs and discussing available exterior remodeling options. Must be comfortable measuring out a job and negotiating when applicable to secure the customer. We are looking for driven go getters with a focus on results. Must be comfortable facing a new opportunity each day. Clear communication and creative problem-solving skills are highly valued. Possessing strong listening skills is also preferred. The ideal candidate either has in home sales experience or is looking to learn the skills needed to successfully get acclimated to the role. Must be coachable, have your own transportation and be a natural leader. Here at D&M integrity is a requirement, therefore, candidates for this role are required to possess good listening skills and always put the customer first.
